Discover, through the way your body moves today, how your body has adapted to what you have done and experienced so far.
- Adapting your body is about protection.
- When you go ‘beyond’ your limits, your brain will protect you.
- Regardless of ‘the imbalance’ – protection always occurs physically through physical tension.
- The imbalance can be on 4 levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
- Your body has a healthy ‘play’ margin that allows you to go beyond your limits, but even this ‘play’ margin has a limit!
- Discover what your body needs to restore balance.
- Self-regulation (from self-awareness to routines)
- Co-regulation (via the team)
- Integrate the language of the body into daily functioning for individual and collective well-being.
Workshop with the team to go through the process together for 1 day, where everyone can see how everyone has adapted. This also provides a basis for further building together as a team to support each other in the process.
