We train 3 groups of people:
- You are passionate about health and wellbeing and want to work freelance as Corporate Wellness Consultant
- You are an employee and want to add Corporate Wellness 1-2 days per week in your official job package
- You own a Corporate Wellness Agency and want to train your (new) consultants
The “Start2Dreamjob”- course tackles these questions and shows you how to deliver measurable results that are well-researched, creative and tailored to you and your customer’s organizations.
Course Results:
Week 1:
- How to pitch yourself in this (new) role, combining all your experience, skills, passions
- You’ve come to at least 1 live Q&A session and got feedback on your pitch
- You’ve learned from other participants how they are reaching out to CEO’s and rolling out corporate wellness projects
- You’ve had over 2 hours of video content learning to speak Corporate Wellness vocabulary
- You’ve asked a question about your first week in our club to your coaches
- You’ve created 1 new brain pattern or habit
- You’ve calculated and practiced your hourly fee
- You’ve introduced your (new) job or project via Facebook Live
- You’ve interviewed a CEO, HR, Sales director or Health & Safety advisor to practice making business cases
- You are used to discussing Return on Investment and love it by now
- You have shared your (first) video about yourself as corporate wellness consultant on youtube

Week 2:
- You are now familiar with online coaching and ask all your questions via the online club
- You understand the structure of organizations and politics
- You create a whole wellbeing structure for your dream customer
- You understand all the roles top-down and bottom-up and all people involved in corporate wellness
- You understand why the CEO’s want to connect with you and the mathematics of connection
- You prepared your personal message to reach out to CEO’s on LinkedIn
- You prepared for a 15-min call with a CEO
- You did at least 1 15-min call with a CEO

Week 3:
- Understand energies in sales conversations
- Ask for permission going from a 15-min chat to a 45-min coaching session
- Crafting your sales script (based on our proven script) that you can intuitively flow with
- Understanding the 4 key issues in Corporate Wellness based on Harvard Business Review
- Understanding the 6 parts in rolling out your program for your customer
- Getting a corporate wellness consultant contract in 45-min
- Understanding how ready to buy your customer is and offering 1 part or 6 parts in the roll-out
- Creating your invoice & sending it out
- Creating example inspiration templates of how you will roll out the project in your company
