How does this training work?
You receive 3 online learning materials:
MoovPilatesSONGS = 15 videos with music and exercises that you can immediately use in your very first class
MoovPilatesMOTIVATION = videos that explain how to guide yourself and your participants into a journey through the body, where they learn to feel, and from feeling, learn to integrate Pilates exercises in beautiful ways and maintain them long term
MoovPilatesMOOVS = 1-minute habits or single exercises that you can combine within one song.
These always belong to the larger theme of the song. You can print these Moovs and place them next to you for each song in class, so you can mix and match, adjust difficulty for your audience, offer choices, and always have memory aids when you are looking for inspiration for flow in your class!

After experiencing a few foundational Pilates concepts, we now add some playful exercises! Pilates is about control and precision, but be sure to also include some social, connecting, and relaxing moments

We are now integrating the class and briefly reviewing everything that has been learned, so they can see and feel their progress, and carry this sense of pride into the next stages of their journey today!
