Why rent out a Wellbeing Tiny Home on your Land?

I’ve built a wellbeing prototype house!
After selecting and visiting > 250 of the most gorgeous eco-luxury airbnbs for over 4 years in 20 countries, I combined all the local natural elements I loved most and coordinated the built of a wellbeing prototype house.
It got acknowledged by the Australian government for innovation based on research. We’ve done first experiments and people’s nervous systems calm quickly in the house frequency.
How to Park the House?
The house is 2.92 m wide, 11.5 m long and 4.5 m high.
Our team can do a virtual tour on your land to see on what spot to park it on.
It will come with stands to release weight from wheels and stabilise.



It’s pink and green, with a curved roof, and curved Hobbiton-style timber doors in tree shapes
. It has:
- 5 coloured windows
- 2 bathroom and 2 loft windows for airflow
- A 2m x 2m bathroom window with jungle views for the bath
- A mosaic tiled shower
- A ceramic bathroom sink
- A yellow kitchen sink
- Curved custom-made cypress pine dining table, kitchen and office benches with outside views
- 10 Turkish lights and 9 Egyptian pendant lights
- A loft space with bamboo mattress
- Downstairs built-in clothes storage
- A sitting corner with views out of coloured windows to rest and read
- A white rug and a pink couch
3 doors and a Moroccan arch from kitchen to bathroom, kitchen to bedroom, and living area to sitting corners


How quick can we start, what is the cost?
In Stage 1 : December 2025 – May 2026
- She can be rented out as a ‘Caravan‘ in -tent mode. We offer a place to sleep.
- If you have Toilet + Shower on your land, these can be used as services. If not, we recommend guests a 1-week Membership in a Fitness Center nearby and share the nearest public toilets transparantly in the Airbnb Ad. Most guests come by car.
- It can be Craned over your house if your drive–way is too narrow or put into the spot your desire.
- We ask the land owner to provide 1 generator and have the electrics connected to your Generator. Our Team provides cleaning (included in the airbnb cleaning fee), linnen changes, water for manual dish-washing, a Woolworths fuel for the gas cooker, and a basic set of fuel for the generator. This makes it a true camping adventure – in luxury style.
- Caravans do not need DAs.
It can be rented out as a caravan / tent structure with luxury accommdation like Glamping.

Can we add premium set-up features?
In Stage 2 : May 2026 – October 2026
- After the initial setup made income
- We invest together from the initial profits into a
- Biogas toilet
- Connecting the plumbing to a water tank and permaculture bedding
- Connect the electrics to solaror on-grid
- Add additional extras: a bath, shower upgrades, a deck, …
How much work is it to manage?
- Within your Councils STR – Short Term Rental Agreements, often at least 2 months up to unlimited Short Term Rental is allowed.
- In any case of council or neighbour complaints, we proactively move the Tiny Home on Wheels back to it’s Storage location base in Alstonville.
- Essentially, a towing truck can move it to your land and position it on spot if it is spacious, if not, a tractor of yourself or a neighbour renting it out for an hour would be required for the last part.
- Our Cleaning team pre– and post stays would move trash into your Garbage trash as you request.
- Our Online Management booking team manages bookings and discerns what guests to stay. We do not allow drugs. alchol, parties, groups beyond 4 people,… in the house. If necessary a camera outside will be placed to review capacity.


How much passive income can you earn?
- We believe it can rent for AUD 95–395 AUD per night depending on setup.
- There are some fixed costs:
1) Towing or Craning it at about 100 AUD/hour
2) Potential landworks on your land to flatten the spot or add a parking spot
3) Long term potential costs: a connection to on-grid electrics, water tank, sceptic tank or solar - The operating costs are:
1) Clean, linnen, refill fuel for generator, water for dishes and gas for cookers – this is in the EXTRA fee of airbnb cleaning fee
2) Sales chat, booking approvals and customer service: the Operational management and customer communication – to be chosen by owner or Moov-IT or 50-50 which is about 20% of the nightly rental fee
3) Marketing, pictures and upgrading the images and descriptions on multiple hosting platforms like Airbnb, VBRO,… and strategizing pricing structures and offers + asking for testimonials – this can be done by Moov-IT for a 10% fee
4) For the house itself Moov-IT asks a 20% per night license.
5) There is an operations budget of 10% per night (quick repairs..), insurance
6) This means for the land owner receives a 40% per night income
What are the risks versus passive income potential of your land?
1. Neighbours complaining – We mitigate this by creating a whatsapp or Facebook group with neighbours and ask them to instantly share if they have any annoyances (sound, cars, litter, …). This way we proactively share our vision with neighbours. When we easily reach 60% occupancy, we offer nightly stays for their family visiting as a way to involve support for the project. If we do not agree in communication, we give them formal process to complaint at council if we believe the complaint is not valid. If necessary the house will be moved back to storage and project terminated not to have any risks for council fines. Proactively communication usually works best. With Renters, if necessary for neightbours, we have clear guidelines about nighttime quiet hours, signed road to parking and clarity on number of guests. 2. Council concerns – Should there be any council concerns about: the Tiny Home on Wheels, DA, STRA, insurances of both land and house (liability, weather,…) we proactively have our ‘MoovCouncil Reporting Pack‘ ready to share the project.
