I’m Griet Vandenhouweele, expert in behavior, motivation, energy, movement, mental resilience, and innovation.
I work with humans, healthcare staff, parents, and seniors to create health programs that are personal, practical, and measurable — integrating movement, mindset, nutrition, emotional intelligence, and purpose.
I use Human Design to understand each person’s natural energy flow and life force — so our programs match their innate strengths.
