Using methods inspired by high-performance athletes:- Groups up to 20 participants: Individual analysis (30 minutes per person).
- Larger groups: We analyze up to 20 participants and create a generalized group strategy to address the most pressing themes.
Key Focus Areas:
- Limiting beliefs and fears that prevent from taking action
- Lack of team connection
- Stress or motivation issues (e.g., how to push for the last 10% in big goals or balance between burnout and high performance)
Cost for analysis: €104/hour (excl. GST).
20 hours + 20 hours Analysis = 4.160 eur (excl. GST)
This excludes setting the meetings with your team members or doing marketing to book the meetings. We expect this from you or your company to set the meetings. (If not possible we can discuss internal communications support on the call). - Custom Solution Creation
Based on the analysis, we create a detailed action plan tailored to your team’s needs. This process takes 2 (<20 employees) –10 business days (200 employees) and is led by an experienced mindset strategist.Cost: €175/hour (excl. GST).
