Description
Getting children moving so their talents grow
Some children learn differently.
They move, feel, jump, process, or think differently than traditional classroom methods allow.
They stand out but often don’t find their path immediately.
What if these children are actually our greatest talents?
My name is Griet Vandenhouweele, expert in behavior, motivation, energy, movement, mental resilience, and innovation.
I use the ‘human design’ method to see how energy flows in people — their life force.
You can test your own here: https://www.myhumandesign.com/
If you then enter your human design into ChatGPT, you can discover a lot about yourself!
My human design is ‘Manifestor’. This means my energy and motivation flow through observing and feeling patterns in systems and human behavior.
I studied Latin, economics, and mathematics, hold a Master’s in Economics and a first bachelor in Health Sciences from Ghent/Spain, plus additional (online) business and wellbeing trainings from teachers in London, New York, the Netherlands, Russia, Bali, and Australia.
I work at the intersection of technology, automation (including AI), and human behavior — what we call ‘Corporate Wellness’.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked with tens of thousands of adults on behavioral change (through our methods) in companies and online, and saw the same thing repeatedly:
👉 Some people can truly learn only when they are allowed to move.
Therefore, I developed Moov-IT in 2024 with the mission to prevent 70% of (chronic) disease.
We create practical programs for 12 sectors, including schools — especially for children who can’t sit still or show different behavior but burst with talent — if only their way of learning is recognized. This is not always easy for teachers, especially in large groups.
🌱 What Moov-IT offers:
MOVEMENT PROGRAMS and 1-minute habits for your students:
-
A freelance teacher per hour:

A co-creation lesson (30-50 min) in the classroom or playground — where we observe movement passion and learning styles of groups, map some movement talents of students to know what motivates them.
-
Recognition of typical emotional/motor intelligence and neurodivergence.
-
A 3-monthly plan to integrate into lessons matching your summer trimesters
-
In collaboration with municipalities and our MoovTeam, we organize a high-performance movement program per student based on their unique talent (e.g., yoga, gymnastics, swimming, dance, badminton, kayaking, surfing, SUP…).
-
Accessible and affordable nutrition tips for teachers and parents.
-
Step-by-step mindset coaching on motivation and cooperation.
-
Tools for teachers and students to recognize and self-process emotions through 1-minute habits during lessons, so teachers don’t have to carry it all. Tips for shifting feelings, processing, and independently taking space if needed — to relieve teachers of caregiving parts of lessons, letting them focus on content.
-
Learning to recognize social ‘triggers’ and thought patterns in themselves and others, and working again via 1-minute habits on relational triggers with classmates and teachers.
-
Teaching meaning and ‘what motivates me’ so young children can become self-directed early, making teachers’ jobs easier by moving with the children’s energy instead of pushing them forward, which lightens the teacher’s load.
-
Recognizing addictions or needs early on and managing basic needs in healthy ways.
-
Tools for teachers to guide these children via their unique movement talents and holistic disciplines, gradually integrating these also into ‘sitting’ lessons via 1-minute habits.
-
An accessible Artificial Intelligence tool for teachers and children that helps students see themselves in their talent, working on the Kaizen method: 1% growth per day in their talent.
Above all: a boost in self-confidence and life energy in these children because they move from their core, find internal calm through self-help tools, and from there show motivation for all subjects and regulated nervous systems in relation to other children and teachers.
